Turning Financial Complexity Into Clear Direction
Simeon Esprit helps families approaching retirement turn complexity into clear, actionable plans. His clients are not looking for predictions. They want structure, honest tradeoffs, and confidence that their decisions are moving them in the right direction.

Born in London, England, Simeon learned early that good money habits were not optional. That experience still shapes how he approaches financial planning today. He believes the role of an advisor is not to manufacture certainty, but to help people move forward with intention.

How I Think About Building Wealth
Simeon believes wealth is built through structure, consistency, and prioritization, not through chasing the perfect investment. Flashy ideas and bold predictions may grab attention, but meaningful progress comes from repeatable systems that hold up through market cycles and life transitions.

Accuracy is not always the goal in financial planning. Direction is.

Who I Do My Best Work With
Simeon works best with people further along in their careers who are planning for retirement and want an actionable plan. They tend to be pragmatic, thoughtful, and aware that every decision involves tradeoffs.

They are looking for a consultant and confidant as they navigate a meaningful transition. Simeon has a hard time working with people simply seeking to validate their pre-determined ideas.

Life Beyond the Numbers
Outside of work, Simeon is a lifelong athlete and creative thinker. He recently took up boxing, drawn to building capability rather than appearance. He also enjoys writing fiction and often describes financial plans as puzzles. Each client starts with different pieces and a different picture of what “enough” looks like.

Simeon attended the University of Pennsylvania, where he met his wife, Kate. They welcomed their first child in 2024.
